The pool

This is the pool, the swimmer and the garderner.



One thing that the countryside has is that the wildlife is richer. Everytime Lúa gets in the pool, we have to fish out quite a few bugs from the pool. The worst is that two big unknown bugs seem to have made their way to the garage. Adam's description of them is a bit worrying.

Times are changing

Yesterday we went to the Amish country, more specifically to a village called Intercourse (a very poetic name!). According to the Amish guy from the tourist information office, Amish can have credit cards, like himself, choose to have cars as well as horse and cart, etc. We took some revealing pictures. Have a look!

Lúa ya empieza a hablar inglés. Los nenes lo pillan todo enseguida.

Of water and monsters

Hoy hemos ido a ver al monstruo de las galletas. Sesame Street queda cerca de Philadelphia. Y además del barrio tradicional es un parque de atracciones con piscinas para enanos. Lúa se lo ha pasado en grande. Después de varias horas al sol, Adam y yo nos tuvimos que comprar una bebida. Compartimos el tamaño pequeño: ¡2 litros de Sprite! Americans like it big!! :D

Lúa se volvió a despertar a las 5.30 de la madrugada. Aquí es de día así que se puso las pilas y ¡a jugar! Menos mal que se apañó ella solita después del desayuno, mientras yo volvía a la cama. ¿Cuánto durará el jet lag en los enanos?

Con esta pregunta me voy a dormir con un deseo muy claro.
